North Austin MUD #1 has rentable facilities available for its residents including a Community Center, Park Pavilions, and Sports Fields.

The Rattan Creek Community Center can be rented by residents of North Austin MUD #1 and by non-residents.
Park Pavilions
Park Pavilions
Located in Rattan Creek Park, the covered pavilions also feature numerous benches and permanent barbeque pits. These pavilions are accessible for reservation by district residents for private parties.
Sports Fields
Sports Fields
Soccer fields are available at Robinson Park and Rattan Creek Park. These fields are for district residents to reserve for team practices or social purposes.
For pool rental:
arrangements will be handled separately by the Pool Manager and/or Premier Recreation Management Services.
