North Austin MUD #1 has rentable facilities available for its residents including a Community Center and Three Different Park Pavilions.
Community Center
Rattan Creek Community Center
The Community Center is available for rental for private parties, social gatherings, private events, etc. Rental rates and reservation form are listed below.

Rattan Creek Pool
Great Room
This wonderful, multi-functional space can be transformed into whatever configuration your imagination can create! With windows on two walls, this bright, airy room is perfect for large gatherings.

Park Pavilions
North Austin MUD #1 offers several pavilions that can be reserved online up to one year in advance.
Reservations for the Rattan Creek Playground Pavilion, Elkhorn Pavilion, and Robinson Park Pavilion are free and available exclusively to North Austin MUD #1 residents. The Stone Pavilion at Rattan Creek Park is also available to rent for a small fee.
