The Board has monthly meetings usually held on the third Wednesday of every month, and they hold a meeting on the Monday before the regular meeting to go over bills and invoices in detail to prepare for the regular meeting. In addition, the Board may hold special meetings if circumstances warrant. Agendas are posted at the County courthouse a minimum of 72 hours before the meeting’s schedule time.

CHRISTMAS TREE DISPOSAL
Dear Residents, Our solid waste provider, Texas Disposal Services, will begin collecting real Christmas trees for composting starting tomorrow and continuing over the next 3–4 weeks.
*All trees must be cut into sections that are no larger than 4 feet in length.*
If your real Christmas tree is already placed by the roadside, please leave it there. Texas Disposal Services will be sending a truck equipped with a chipper to collect the trees throughout the district.
Beyond this week, they will continue collecting Christmas Trees on Monday's. The final pick-up day for real Christmas Trees will be Monday, January 26th.

ROBINSON PARK - The Mother Tree at Robinson park will be closed all day Monday 10/27 for 24 hours while Gametime performs a concrete repair on it. The tree will be caution taped on Sunday night (10/26) and closed. Please observe caution tape around the tree and do not use the equipment. All other playscape items at Robinson Park will be open

Reminder - Winter Wastewater Averaging begins 11/12/25 and ends on 2/11/26. Water usage recorded during these three months will be averaged and used for your wastewater bill for the next 12 months beginning in March 2026. Make sure you are turning off automatic irrigation systems prior to 11/13 and conserving water-

Bulk Item Cleanup Clarification - we'd like to clarify that tires will not be included in the bulk item curbside cleanup tomorrow. We noticed an error on the District website and we are correcting it today to the following.
"Batteries, tires, paint, and any type of hazardous or toxic waste may not be disposed of at any time."
