Minutes must be compiled and presented to the M.U.D. Board for review and approval, usually, at the next scheduled Board Meeting. The minutes are not available before they have been approved by the Board of Directors. Consequently, it is six to eight weeks after a meeting that the minutes will be posted on the web site.
