North Austin MUD 1, is excited to announce the implementation of a new utility billing system. This new utility billing system and online payment portal will reduce payment processing time, and improve your overall customer experience.
Locate the new payment portal by visiting www.crossroadsus.com and selecting the “Pay My Bill” button, then locating North Austin MUD 1, or visiting https://crossroadsus.azurewebsites.net
Credit card auto-pay customers MUST re-establish their auto pay choice through the new online portal at https://crossroadsus.azurewebsites.net
Bank draft auto-pay customers do not need to make any changes.
