Street Light Issue
There are two ways to report a street light issue or outage. Please make sure you have the nearest address and pole number available to assist in locating the street light
- Report directly to Austin Energy (Service Request Link). Austin Energy will dispatch a crew to investigate with 3 business days. In the dropdown menu select “Austin Energy Street Light Issue”
- Report the issue to the District and we will notify Austin Energy (contact us). Please let the District know if you need assistance or there are errors reporting the issue using their form and we will contact Austin Energy

Police protection is provided by Williamson and Travis County Sheriff patrols.
In addition to standard patrols, the District also contracts with the respective Sheriff’s departments for supplemental patrols throughout the district with particular emphasis on the parks and major intersections.
