Leaf Bag Curbside Cleanup Events Mondays – 3/31-4/21
Leaf Bag curbside cleanup dates have been finalized for each Monday beginning 3/31/25 and ending 4/21/25.
TDS will compost ALL leaves that are placed out curbside in standard paper yard waste bags. All plastic bags left curbside will be disposed of in the regular trash trucks.
This Spring we ask all residents to use paper waste bags to assist in these diversion and composting efforts.

Bulk Item Curbside Cleanup Event – 4/5/23
Please have bulk items out by 7am. On Saturday, April 5th, TDS, will provide curbside bulky item or “white good” collection service to District residents curbside. The following will be considered “White Goods”:
- Appliances: Stoves, water tanks, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, air conditioners, sinks, toilets, and similar items. Refrigerators and air conditioners must have their Freon removed by a certified technician and be properly tagged before they can be picked-up. The Contractor is not required to pick-up bathtubs, shower stalls and similar items.
- Furniture: Couches, beds, mattresses, love seats, tables, chairs, TV’s, lamps, microwaves, etc.
Tires shall not be accepted for collection as a bulky item from homes without special preparation. All tires must be quartered or shredded prior to being accepted for regular collection or they will not be picked-up. Construction debris, dead animals, toxic or hazardous waste, batteries, stable matter, rubbish, rocks, dirt, concrete, ammunition, hot ashes, medical waste, auto parts, tires, special waste, stumps and any item containing CFC’s are not accepted as bulky items and will not be collected as part of normal residential service.

Shred Day – Saturday May 10th at Rattan Creek Community Center
The District will be holding a free Shred Day event on Saturday, May 10th from 1PM – 5PM at the Rattan Creek Community Center parking lot for District residents.
Residents will need to obtain a free ticket to attend and dispose of items . All residents will need to provide their 15-digit District account number from their water bill for verification on the application. LIMIT 1 ticket per household for the event. Approved items: paper loose or stapled, newspaper, folders, paper items with paper clips, spiral notebooks, checkbooks
Restrictions include: batteries, binder clips, cell phones, hard drives, and three-ring binders.
Please arrive during your assigned hour block. Enter the community center parking lot after providing your ticket to the car attendant and follow the cones to the drop location. Representatives will retrieve your boxes from your vehicle and shred the items and return your empty boxes to your vehicle. Each participant will be limited to a capacity of 3 file-sized boxes of documents to shred. Items can be dropped off in bags or personal bins in lieu of file boxes, but bins and boxes will be returned to the a resident on-site. The 3 file size box is used for capacity purposes. Items should be easily retrieved from the resident vehicle for quick retrieval by staff and be bundled or in boxes and not be loose papers. A customer unloading area will be available for staff to utilize if necessary to retrieve boxes.
Individual Scheduled Bulk Item Cleanup
Can’t make the curbside events this Spring? TDS will provide for call-in residential bulk item collection and disposal curbside on regular collection days. District residents must call TDS at 844-873-7734 and schedule bulk item collection in advance. The maximum total amount per each call-in service of bulk waste is 3.0 cubic yards.
